Made with 90% Viura and 10% Chardonnay, the first vintage in which CAVA is produced at Finca Torremilanos is in 1979.
It is a CAVA “vintage” that at this time corresponds to the 2014 vintage. The wine ferments with its own yeast, in the absence of sulfurous, and with malolactic made before the Rima naturally. It has a minimum aging of 22 months with its lees. The palate is a mineral wine, fresh, soft and harmonious that shows the character of the earth. Its bubble is thin and well integrated.
